Parent-owned accounts
A parent creates and manages profiles, heroes, stories, subscription state, and account language.
Privacy
Kidori needs a small amount of information to personalise stories: a child profile, interests, story language, heroes, and generated episodes. The MVP is designed around account ownership, clear deletion paths, and avoiding unnecessary data collection.
Privacy posture
Parents control the account. Child mode does not expose billing, settings, or raw generation controls.
Parent-owned accounts
A parent creates and manages profiles, heroes, stories, subscription state, and account language.
Only useful child details
Profiles focus on story-relevant data such as name, age, interests, fears to handle gently, and preferred language.
No public story sharing
The story library, world registry, and generated media are private to the family account.
Pet photos
A pet photo is uploaded only after you consent, OpenAI checks it for people and uses it to draw your pet, and we keep it until you delete the hero. Photos that are not attached to a hero are deleted within a day. Photos with people are rejected.
Video stories
Video stories are made with Higgsfield, which generates the short clips, with sound, using the Kling model. Higgsfield receives a clip prompt built from the safety-checked scene text and the hero's name and look (appearance and costume). It never receives the story idea you typed, and the child's name is removed from the prompt. For video moments it fetches the scene image through a short-lived signed link, and by default that image is not stored there as an upload. We save each finished clip in our own storage, and the request at Higgsfield is deleted after the download.
